How to run a standup?

• Run the JIRA board in following order:
• Pending Merge
• Pending Review
• In Progress
• For each ticket clarify the status with asignee
• Check blocked tickets in the same columns
• Are there any updates from UX?
• Does anyone has updates which are not reflected on the board?
• At the end everyone claps! Either on "1-2-3" or on "Yoooo-o", up to the person running the standup 😃
